Orders ship within 14 days of purchase, and we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. 

No matter when you place your order during the week, it will enter our 1-week production cycle starting the following week.

This means your order will be produced next week and shipped the Monday after that.

This process applies every week, as all of our products are made from scratch in small batches.

We encourage you to order in advance, and our meats can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Shipping insurance is provided by ROUTE (a third party company) and is automatically selected for your convenience.

We highly recommend keeping this option, as it fully covers any loss, damage, or shipping-related issues. ROUTE will offer a full refund for your purchase or arrange a replacement order at no additional cost.

Please note, that if you choose to deselect this insurance, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or shipping errors, and no refund will be provided.

However, if there’s a mistake on our part or something is missing from your order, we will gladly send a replacement or offer a refund adjustment.

We have three different methods to get our products to you!

Get them shipped: Order meats, cheeses, merchandise, and more, and have them delivered to you through UPS. We deliver to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

If you are local, pick them up in-store: 

Place your order online using our SQUARE site and schedule the date and time for your pick-up. You'll find all the meats, cheeses, cold and hot sandwiches, and ready-to-eat specials that are only served at the shop since we unfortunately can't ship everything!

Our local menu changes frequently, so check it often to find out what's new!

If you want to get your order delivered locally: 

Order from our menu through DoorDash, GrubHub, and UberEats.

You'll find meats, cheeses, sandwiches, and ready-to-eat items. We update these menus often throughout the day to ensure we can fulfill all orders. Prices are different on these platforms.

Prices for Shipping Orders:

For our shipping orders, the shipping cost is built into each product, so no additional shipping costs are added at checkout. We have a "5-product minimum requirement" that applies to our meats and cheeses.

You can find more details about this requirement in the FAQ below.

Only order from this section if you are having your order shipped to you through UPS anywhere in the 50 states and Puerto Rico.

Prices for Local Orders:

For our local orders, we have created a SQUARE site where you'll find everything available at the shop.

The prices are different since no shipping costs are needed, and you are picking up your order yourself. You can select your desired date and time to pick up your order.

Only order from this site if you are picking up your order locally during open hours at our shop in NE, Minneapolis, MN.

Prices for Delivery Platforms (DoorDash, GrubHub, and UberEats):

DoorDash, GrubHub, and UberEats charge us fees and commissions on each order placed through them.

You'll notice that all prices for meats, cheeses, ready-to-eat items, and retail products are higher than the local prices because we are covering the costs of these fees.

We recommend using these platforms only if you are getting your order delivered.

If you are picking up the order from the shop, we recommend ordering through our SQUARE site instead to get better pricing.

To offer free shipping on all our orders, we require that if you are purchasing single items, you must select at least five.

This way, you'll meet the shipping criteria and be able to check out. This requirement is only for single items from our meats and cheeses categories.

All of our Packs & Bundles, Merchandise and Gift Cards do not require a minimum of five items, as they already meet the shipping criteria.

We offer two different digital gift cards: one for shipping orders and the other for local orders.

For both cards, the system will require you to provide the email address of the recipient. If you don't know their email, you can enter your own email address. The digital cards will have a code that can be used at checkout.

For shipping orders only: Order your digital gift card here.

Send this card to someone who will place their order and have it shipped to their address anywhere in the US and Puerto Rico.

For local orders only: Order your digital gift card here. Send this card to someone local to Minneapolis, MN, who will place their order on our SQUARE site to schedule their pick-up.

They can also bring the email with the gift card code and show it to us at the checkout counter, and we will ring them up using it.
