Preparation:

Our bacon is much leaner than conventional pork bacon, so be careful not to overcook it.

To crisp it up, heat a small amount of neutral-flavored oil in a medium sauté pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook for 3-4 minutes, until a few brown spots start to form. Flip and fry for 2-3 more minutes.

Transfer to a paper towel or cutting board to cool.

For chopped bacon, follow the same method but stir instead of flipping.
